Job Description

Full time Outpatient Physical Therapist position. Strong outpatient interest, with student &/or work experience.

Requiring minimum of 2 evenings/week until 8:00pm.

To cover one weekend day per month for inpatient services.

Graduate from an accredited program of the American Physical Therapy Association

Illinois licensed and CPR certified

Interacts with patients/families, physicians, nurses and other ancillary health staff.

Evaluates and monitors assigned patients

Assists with clinical training of students from affiliated schools

Shift: Including minimum of 2 evenings/week
Hours: 1.0 / 80 hours per pp
